What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end HR and people-operations systems, build policies and payroll from scratch, and partner with senior leadership to improve performance through measurable KPIs, compliant labour practices, and efficient day-to-day operations.

I’m a results-driven HR and Operations professional with 2+ years of progressive, hands-on experience independently managing complete HR functions and day-to-day business operations. I build HR systems from the ground up—when no prior infrastructure exists—so everything is structured, measurable, and reliable.

As a sole HR resource, I designed and implemented end-to-end HR policy frameworks, attendance and leave processes, and complete payroll structures. I’ve owned full-cycle recruitment, created KPI/KRA/JD frameworks for clear accountability, run performance appraisals, and maintained HR MIS reports and workforce analytics for MD-level decisions.

I also bring strong execution capacity with a compliance-first mindset, with PF, ESIC, and statutory labour law knowledge structured for implementation as the organization scales. From chairing management meetings to identifying operational gaps and improving efficiency, I combine ownership mentality with a long-term focus on high-performance environments.
