I'm looking for an HR role where I can partner with leadership, strengthen people processes, manage end-to-end HR operations, and deliver employee-focused solutions aligned with business goals.

At unHR, I work as a Senior HR Executive and Fractional HR Manager, delivering end-to-end HR support for multiple client organizations across industries. I manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, payroll coordination, exits, attendance, and statutory compliance.

Previously at iTechMission Pvt Ltd, I managed HR operations and administration, ensured policy compliance, maintained employee records, and trained interns to improve team efficiency. At Agratass Legal Advocates and Solicitors, I recruited legal interns through placement cells and Internshala while coordinating interviews, schedules, onboarding, documentation, and court visits.
