I am an entry-level Cloud & System Support professional with hands-on experience in AWS Cloud services, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Office 365.
I have supported client environments as an IT Technical Support Engineer across multiple engagements, managing user accounts, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and administering email and endpoint management solutions.
I managed 500+ AD users and devices, implemented Group Policies and FSRM, worked with ScaleFusion MDM for enrollment, policy application, and remote remediation, and created and managed EC2 instances and IAM configurations for testing and deployment.
I hold the AWS-SAA-C03 course certification and seek to contribute as an AWS Cloud Support Associate or Junior Cloud Engineer where I can grow technical skills and deliver reliable cloud and systems support.
