I’m an IT Support Engineer with 6 years of experience delivering L2 technical support for Windows desktop and laptop environments, plus enterprise cloud support across Azure and AWS. In my current role, I troubleshoot issues end-to-end using phone, email, chat, and remote access, while managing incidents and service requests through ITSM tools like ServiceNow/JIRA to ensure SLA compliance.

I bring strong systems and infrastructure expertise: I manage Active Directory tasks (user lifecycle, password resets, group policy updates), administer DNS/DHCP, and resolve networking connectivity problems (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
