What I'm looking for

I’m targeting a talent acquisition coordinator role in luxury retail, where knowing the shop floor is the difference between filling a role and filling it well.

At AllSaints, I screen and shortlist candidates for peak season hiring, call successful applicants, and book store and online interviews. I also sit in on stylist interviews, and one candidate I referred was hired.

I trained and inducted 18 colleagues, and I currently lead a floor team of 7 to 8 as a keyholder. Earlier, as a Recruitment Intern at Hi-Tech Aqua Enviro Systems, I screened 20 to 25 CVs weekly across seven vacancies, coordinated interviews, and supported onboarding. I’m targeting a talent acquisition coordinator role in luxury retail, where knowing the shop floor is the difference between filling a role and filling it well.
