What I'm looking for
I’m a Real Estate Admin Assistant with experience supporting a real estate brokerage company since January 2022 through document review, transaction coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations. I’m known for keeping information accurate by maintaining and updating company master spreadsheets and systems.
In my brokerage role, I review submitted Listing, Sales, and Closing Documents, communicate with real estate agents for additional requirements, and attend client meetings as needed. I also handle CRM input, monitor and prioritize emails, and set up virtual Zoom meetings to keep workflows on track.
Before that, I served as an Administrative Assistant at Patra Corporation (Dec 2020–Jan 2022), where I managed license renewal audits, invoicing support, CRM input, and onboarding for new hires. I handled documentation exchange, spreadsheet management, calendar management, and endorsement/insurance changes.
