I’m a senior business builder and commercial operator with a decade of experience spanning commercial strategy, partnerships, business development, and operations across manufacturing, fintech, and enterprise technology across Ghana and West Africa. I consistently step into complex, unstructured environments and build what needs to exist—commercial engines, operational infrastructure, and repeatable systems.

In my most recent role, I operate as a Chief of Staff & Commercial Director, leading business development across technology and energy arms while coordinating multi-product partner portfolios and enterprise client engagements across Ghana. I’ve developed end-to-end commercial documentation (proposals, pricing frameworks, and full RFP responses), negotiated and structured agreements, and delivered pipeline momentum—including enabling a $290,000 signed enterprise implementation contract and driving a $290,000 Year 1 / $1,050,000 five-year opportunity.

I’m equally strong on the “how things run”: I built operating systems, including a first automated PM intelligence system integrating multiple platforms, and I led ISO 27001 certification strategy and policy work that directly unblocked bank contract signings where certification was a procurement prerequisite. Earlier, I helped stand up Africa’s first R&D center for a Japanese multinational—then designed production, safety, procurement, and SOP frameworks—while later driving fintech growth work like dashboarding, onboarding optimization, and high-visibility partnership campaigns (including Passion Air co-branding).
