I'm currently supporting the CEO at Classic Talents Optimization, coordinating strategic, commercial and operational initiatives across finance, HR, legal, technical teams, clients and external partners.
I turn priorities into clear briefs, trackers, dashboards and action logs that give teams a single source of truth for progress, risks, dependencies and ownership. I also coordinate client onboarding, ICP qualification, merchant integration and API-related implementation.
At Plan International, I coordinated delivery across 10–20 concurrent programmes and initiatives, supported donor-funded implementation, and developed operational tools adopted across 32 African country offices. I worked across programme, finance, HR, operations, legal, government agencies, donors and implementing partners, including delivery support across 12 Kenyan counties.
Earlier, I coordinated youth development programmes at Youth Empowerment Movement and managed project, research and operations workflows at Roba & Associates Advocates. I use AI and automation tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier and n8n to strengthen research, reporting and workflow efficiency.
