I’m a consultant with a strong sales and marketing foundation, built through hands-on client work and strategy-led business development. I combine structured planning with a customer-first approach to turn interest into long-term relationships.

In retail and direct sales roles, I consistently improved outcomes by advising customers, handling returns and complaints, updating customer information in databases, and managing day-to-day performance. I also reached ambitious targets—“I had like 180 000 sales in 4 years and 50 000 clients of different segments.”

I’ve expanded into telecommunications and inbound sales, plus self-employed work in advertising and digital services (SMM, logo creation, data entry, translator, transcriber). I also managed advertising operations (“Advertising department manager fiverr”), strengthening my ability to coordinate activities and deliver results.

With a Master of science in Marketing (Business Administration) and certifications including GDPR and business/operations training, I bring clear, compliant, and measurable thinking to each engagement.
