I’m a client-facing sales professional with a strong digital background, starting in online advertising and moving into financial product sales. I’ve built my work around clear communication, structured lead/client handling, and results-focused campaign management.

From April 2010 to August 2014, I worked as an Online Advertiser, managing different advertisement funnels for a client base. I also handled social platform management and served as a content supervisor.

Between August 2014 and August 2016, I shifted into customer service, helping clients with accommodation and local services across different cities in Albania. That experience strengthened my ability to support people quickly, handle needs in real time, and keep service quality consistent.

Since August 2016, I’ve been a Sales Agent selling financial products to retail clients, including ETF and FxCFD. I manage clients and leads with an online CRM, combining product explanation with disciplined pipeline follow-up, while staying interested in technology and how ideas turn into real value.
