I’m looking to lead evaluation and research work that turns mixed-methods insights into measurable program impact—partnering with stakeholders, building practical data systems, and driving continuous improvement through thoughtful strategy and clear reporting.

I’m a seasoned evaluator and qualitative researcher with a robust background in data analysis and strategic planning. I transform insights into actionable strategies that enhance program outcomes through meticulous research and strong stakeholder engagement.

In leadership roles, I’ve directed special projects and program operations—collaborating cross-functionally to meet deadlines, resolving conflicts quickly, and maintaining accurate records. I’ve built and implemented data tracking systems and dashboards, turning complex information into clear snapshots of key performance indicators.
