What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver accurate customer service, support sales through well-planned travel/marketing activities, and contribute to organizational achievements—while continuing to grow through responsible, detail-focused work and problem resolution.

I’m a self-motivated, critical thinker who’s passionate about work that supports organizational goals and individual career advancement. I bring strong organization, attention to details, and a result-oriented approach—working effectively even with little supervision.

In my current role, I handle customer service for flights, routes, and accommodation inquiries while building travel itineraries, managing rebooking and cancellations, and processing payments and travel documents. I also plan and monitor promotional campaigns, conduct market research on competitors and target demographics, and create collateral (brochures, flyers, and digital ads) while maintaining partnerships with travel operators. Previously, I worked as a Teacher (lesson planning, assessment, classroom management, and parent/career communication) and as a Supervisor overseeing production operations, safety enforcement, staff management, quality control, and efficiency improvements—always maintaining accurate reporting and records.
