What I'm looking for
At Academian, I develop standards-aligned CTE curriculum and learning experiences for middle and high school students, creating instructional blueprints, assessments, storyboards, and learner-centered content that supports career readiness.
Through AfroFranco, I design and facilitate online and in-person professional learning for educators across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. My work in independent schools has included leading World Language curriculum development and instructional improvement at Germantown Academy, as well as designing proficiency-based French curriculum and blended learning at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy.
With nearly 20 years in education, I translate complex concepts into practical, learner-centered solutions through instructional design, curriculum development, assessment design, SME collaboration, and professional learning.
