What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote instructional design and curriculum development work where I can create learner-centered digital, blended, and instructor-led experiences, collaborate with subject matter experts, and support measurable learning outcomes.

At Academian, I develop standards-aligned CTE curriculum and learning experiences for middle and high school students, creating instructional blueprints, assessments, storyboards, and learner-centered content that supports career readiness.

Through AfroFranco, I design and facilitate online and in-person professional learning for educators across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. I've developed curriculum, webinars, instructional videos, facilitator guides, LMS-based experiences, and scalable digital learning content, including AI-assisted content development workflows.

My work in independent schools has included leading World Language curriculum development and instructional improvement at Germantown Academy, as well as designing proficiency-based French curriculum and blended learning at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy.

With nearly 20 years in education, I translate complex concepts into practical, learner-centered solutions through instructional design, curriculum development, assessment design, SME collaboration, and professional learning.
