What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learner-centered training and curriculum initiatives where I can turn complex technical or operational content into accessible, measurable learning experiences and collaborate closely with SMEs and stakeholders.

I lead end-to-end instructional design for technical and operational training, translating complex systems, policies, and procedures into eLearning, facilitator materials, job aids, assessments, videos, and performance support.

Across Over J Consulting, Columbia West College, and client projects, I’ve created accessible, learner-centered curriculum and training while partnering with SMEs, engineers, faculty, and leadership teams. I use Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, ADDIE, and SAM to develop engaging learning experiences and support measurable performance.
