I design eLearning and training solutions that transform complex information into clear, meaningful learning experiences. My work uses Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Camtasia to meet specific learning goals.

In portfolio projects, I developed a self-paced course that prepared pilots for an FAA oral assessment, collaborated with an SME on guidance for foreign-trained lawyers, and created instructor-led customer service training using realistic scenarios and interactive activities.

At Community for Learning, I designed and facilitated professional development, partnered with leadership on curriculum solutions, and created self-paced microlearning with knowledge checks and self-assessments. These experiences increased engagement and helped participants demonstrate progress.

As an educator and instructional coach, I analyze performance data, adapt learning activities to individual needs, and clarify complex procedures. I also bring experience supporting faculty, maintaining instructional quality, and working fluently in English and Spanish.
