What I'm looking for

I seek roles designing equity-centered curricula and learning experiences where I can lead instructional strategy, coach educators, and use data to improve student outcomes.

I am a learning and curriculum specialist with 10+ years designing curricula, administering LMS platforms, and leading program and project management efforts in education. My work centers on integrating equity, anti-oppressive practices, and evidence-based instructional design across K–12 and higher education settings.

I have led the design and revision of multiple advisory and SEL curricula, developed college-advising content, and created professional development for instructors while supporting recruitment, retention, and admissions initiatives. I draw on strong data analysis practices and collaborative partnerships to iterate curriculum and improve outcomes.

I am bilingual in Spanish and technically proficient with LMS and instructional tools, and I prioritize student-centered, culturally responsive programming that increases instructor retention and student success.
