I’m an ICT Support Specialist and CRM Administrator based in Nigeria, combining hands-on technical support with CRM tools and network troubleshooting. I’m currently pursuing a National Diploma in Networking and System Security, building deeper expertise while supporting real users.

In my role as ICT Support Staff at Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, I handle hardware troubleshooting and laptop maintenance for hospital staff. I also support online registration and data entry for NHIS enrollees, troubleshoot networks and connectivity across departments, and prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Office Suite.

I focus on practical, user-first help—providing end-user technical support and training for non-IT staff so they can work confidently with systems. My recent IT Support Certificate training covers CRM tools including HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Intercom, along with customer relationship management fundamentals.

I’m motivated by delivering real solutions in fast-paced environments, and I bring strong communication and interpersonal skills to every support interaction. I’ve also developed consultative, problem-solving thinking through real estate agency property listing and client management experience.
