A Second Level End user Technical support officer in Technology within the banking

sector. Excellent Remote worker with a rich level of experience. I thrive in a dynamic

environment and always willing to take up new responsibilities. An innovative and

emerging technology professional. I am highly passionate about performing in the

most efficient and effective manner and leaving a positive foot prints by blazing the

trail so others can have an easy start. Looking to acquire more skills and put to use

essential expertise, which will ensure quality results are delivered and organizational

goals are achieved.

Achievement

. I have successfully been able to take off more task from core unit in technology

after undergoing training.

. Due to my efficiency and delivery in resolving incidences and request have been

given more access and rights to treat more complex issues within the technology

scope.

. I was promoted from a first level resolver to a second level in the year February 2021

for excellence on the job.

. I have also become Microsoft certified Azure devops Engineer
