I lead the IT Staging Team at Stanbic IBTC Bank, managing end-to-end configuration, optimization, and deployment readiness for user systems. I also provide nationwide second-line support for escalated workstation issues across branches.

I monitor systems, servers, and networks; troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN configurations, firewalls, backups, disaster recovery, asset inventory, and licensing compliance. I focus on root-cause analysis, documentation, user training, and automating repetitive work to improve service delivery.

My background also includes graphic design, UI design, photography, audio editing, customer support, and media advocacy. I bring a user-focused approach to technology, supported by CompTIA A+ certification and ongoing Network+ and Linux training.
