At Anytime Fitness, I built the personal training department from pre-launch to a $13K+ monthly run rate, with $135K+ cumulative revenue. I own its P&L, manage pricing and labor scheduling, and standardized a 9-step consultative sales process.

At Kickoff, I lead a network of 100+ coaches and manage 80+ remote clients, maintaining 85%+ retention. I’ve also developed trainers and managers, created KPI dashboards and SOPs, and am ready to apply my multi-site operations experience in a District Manager role.
