What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote customer support opportunities, and I’m available for day or night shifts. I’m comfortable supporting customers by phone and messaging, and willing to learn CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer support platforms.

At Vision Business Hub, I handled inbound and outbound calls, responded to enquiries, and followed up with prospects by phone and WhatsApp. I guided interested prospects through registration and explained each step.
