I am a customer-focused financial services professional with over six years' experience across banking, microfinance and financial advisory roles. I specialize in customer relationship management, POS/card reconciliation, transaction processing and digital banking support.
At UBA Group I managed high-volume inquiries and led reconciliation efforts that reduced settlement discrepancies, collaborating closely with merchants and agents to ensure timely transaction settlements.
