I’m a customer-focused Technical Support Consultant with hands-on experience in customer support, complaint escalation, and repair coordination. I’m used to managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while keeping a strong attention to detail.

In my current role at LG Electronics Europe, I handle repair coordination and case management through GSFS, manage customer complaints, and escalate legal cases. I also provide customer live chat support via Zendesk and send troubleshooting and product guidance materials to customers.

Before that, I supported customers through call center and beverage customer service roles—answering calls, creating/modifying bookings, processing refunds, and handling claims submitted through websites. I bring clear client communication, thorough record keeping, and fast issue resolution to maximize customer satisfaction.
