What I'm looking for

I am looking for junior to senior roles in Human Resources and Administration. I bring strong experience in HR operations, strategy and organizational support. Open to local and international, remote or hybrid opportunities.

I am a results-driven Human Resources and Administrative professional with over 10 years of experience supporting organizations across the public education, private energy and consulting sectors. My expertise spans HR strategy, organizational development, compliance and administrative leadership, with a strong track record of aligning people practices with business objectives.

I have successfully established and managed HR departments, improved operational systems and supported business growth through structured HR and administrative frameworks.

In a previous role as Head of HR & Administration within the power sector, I led end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and policy development. A key achievement includes restructuring and implementing a comprehensive employee handbook that was fully adopted across the organization and its affiliated entities. I also collaborated with international stakeholders, including teams in the United States, strengthening my cross-cultural communication and global business exposure.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and professional qualifications in Human Resource Management and Strategic Leadership. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (Ghana) and an international HR association, reflecting my commitment to global best practices and continuous professional development.

I am passionate about driving organizational effectiveness, building high-performing teams and supporting businesses to scale sustainably. I am particularly interested in opportunities that offer international exposure, cross-border collaboration, and the chance to contribute to forward-thinking, growth-oriented organizations.
