I seek a role where I can lead staffing and program operations, improve processes, support teams, ensure compliance, and drive client-centered outcomes.

I am a Human Resources and Program Management professional with extensive experience in staffing, recruitment, program oversight, and compliance. I have supervised teams, recruited and trained in-home support staff, and coordinated with clinical and family stakeholders to deliver person-centered services.

Across roles I have managed staffing operations for multi-site organizations, overseen schedules and timekeeping for staffing coordinators, and supported audits, licensing reviews, and quality assurance activities. I routinely handle performance management, employee orientation, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping while ensuring regulatory compliance.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am pursuing a Master's in Human Resources. I bring strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities with urgency, and a track record of improving staffing processes and client satisfaction.
