What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my L&D operations and editorial background to create clear learning experiences, support LMS and training processes, and collaborate across teams on meaningful educational content.

At Arcos Dourados (McDonald's Brazil), I translate business learning needs into instructional materials, tutorials, presentations, and training KPI reports. I also administer LMS courses, monitor enrollments and results, and maintain learning records for the corporate university.

I've supported international Learning Operations for an Equinor project and edit, proofread, and adapt educational, institutional, academic, and literary content in Portuguese and English. My work combines L&D operations with editorial precision, including published translated-fiction stories for the Andrew Lang's Fairy Books anthology.
