I’m looking to lead learning that drives AI transformation and measurable adoption, blending data-driven insights with human-centered design. I want to build inclusive capability, strengthen sales enablement, and support cultural change through strong stakeholder partnerships.

I’m a Human Resources and Talent Development manager with 6+ years of experience driving strategic learning and workforce transformation. I design and scale training programmes that build capability, accelerate adoption, and align teams to business outcomes.

I specialize in technical training, change management, and sales enablement—partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver learning that supports revenue, client success, and regional growth. In my current role, I led digital adoption and cultural transformation and trained >5,000 professionals, helping drive 69% of employees to actively apply AI in daily workflows and achieving a 98% compliance rate.

I’m recognized for inclusive, high-impact initiatives like IT For Girls and NTT DATA Academy. I coordinate 80+ volunteers and empower 13,000 women and girls across LATAM, combining stakeholder engagement with data-driven training strategies and internal communication.

I also bring strong performance and analytics to learning—supporting eNPS (>90%), aligning learning outcomes with regional HR and commercial goals, and continuously improving onboarding and talent readiness.
