At GDBR Rubber and Chemical Components Industry, I coordinate Learning & Development initiatives and facilitate the Supervisor Certification Program in partnership with TGU University. I design training materials and deliver leadership sessions in English and Portuguese.
I also manage the Learning Management System, coordinate onboarding, and use learning metrics to support employee development. Earlier, I worked in cost analysis, finance, and administrative roles at GDBR Rubber and Chemical Components Industry, Universal Chemical, and other organizations.
