I’m a highly motivated MBA graduate specializing in Human Resource Management, with a strong foundation in relationship building, strategic decision-making, and organizational productivity. I bring leadership through NCC C Instructor experience and a commitment to developing high-performing teams.

In my academic project as an “Employee Benefits Specialist,” I conducted an in-depth study of employee benefit plan trends across organizational branches. I analyzed growth drivers and culture impact to generate recommendations for improving employee-firm relations and business outcomes.

I also strengthen operations through coordination and execution—mentoring cadets, managing unit logistics, and leading leadership drills. In event settings, I served as an Event Management Lead for college carnival activities, handling complex logistics and participant engagement with a diverse team.
