In my current role as Housing Navigator (Exeter City Council), I take a proactive, forward-thinking approach to supporting and safeguarding vulnerable adults. I work with complex needs, use a trauma-informed approach, de-escalate confrontational situations, and support clients moving from homelessness to stable housing—alongside agencies including domestic violence services, police and probation, prison services, and social services.
