I’m looking for the opportunity to use my skills as part of your team—supporting vulnerable adults with a trauma-informed, proactive approach, safeguarding effectively, and adding real value while aiming to exceed targets.

I’m a positive, self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed targets. I bring extensive communication and people skills, and I’m initiative-taking, punctual, and trustworthy.

With 14 years of customer service and 6 years in the health and social care sector, I work confidently as both an individual and as part of a team. I’m friendly and approachable, and I’m focused on delivering real value to the organisations I support.

In my current role as Housing Navigator (Exeter City Council), I take a proactive, forward-thinking approach to supporting and safeguarding vulnerable adults. I work with complex needs, use a trauma-informed approach, de-escalate confrontational situations, and support clients moving from homelessness to stable housing—alongside agencies including domestic violence services, police and probation, prison services, and social services.

Previously, I’ve worked as an Outreach Worker, Recovery Worker, and Drug and Alcohol Support Worker, providing comprehensive assessments, recovery planning, harm reduction, and brief interventions for people with substance misuse needs. I also lead referrals coordination and served as equality and diversity lead, maintaining high key performance indicator targets while delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions, risk management, and GDPR-compliant recording.
