What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or process improvement role where I can optimise end-to-end workflows, use data and KPIs to improve performance, and partner across teams to deliver scalable business improvements.

I've led business operations and process improvement across Air Products, Agilent Technologies, ExxonMobil, and my own health and professional education company. At Air Products, I managed a €60M Order-to-Cash portfolio across Central European markets and partnered with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to improve operational processes.

I led and mentored international teams of up to 14 specialists, developed KPI reporting, and improved portfolio prioritisation to reduce overdue receivables from 38% to 24%. I also supported SAP FSCM implementation and led Direct Debit implementation for the Polish market through requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

As Co-Founder and Operations Manager, I've built scalable workflows for acquisition, onboarding, invoicing, payments, and service delivery, doubling operational capacity and delivering 10 professional training workshops in one year.
