Led Pret’s digital proposition strategy across app, website, loyalty, Click & Collect, delivery/catering, CRM, and employee benefits. Owned digital revenue targets and led a major cost-optimisation programme while sustaining delivery velocity and platform stability.

Owned the Club Pret beverage subscription proposition, iterating through continuous testing and launch experiments. Drove subscription growth internationally and piloted expansion into food.

Ran transformation programmes, delivering high-impact digital and AI products.
Led product discovery and delivery for client engagements, largely remote, across data platform builds, AI customer support, demand sensing, and transformation work for L'Oréal, Richemont, Servier, and Carrefour.

Hired as employee #30 to open the UK branch, sign the first local customers, create GTM strategy from scratch.
Built and run fully remotely from day one, including through the pandemic.

Co-founded an AI product testing platform while attending Entrepreneur First’s 11th cohort in London, which allowed consumer goods companies to test products in the real world without needing a physical prototype. Launched an MVP including a self-built sentiment analysis engine powered by client marketing data. Grew MRR from £0 to £5K in the first 6 months with paying pilot clients.

Helped build a phone subscription product, reaching 6,000 paid subscribers over two years. Led a product team of five.

Analysed product data and defined technical requirements for the password-sharing feature of Dashlane.
