At Centra Health, I lead enterprise-wide virtual care and language access operations that support patient access, communication, and care delivery.

I partner with clinical leadership, Case Management, Population Health, and IT to improve virtual care services, EMR workflows, documentation, utilization, and patient satisfaction. I also manage departmental staff through recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Previously, I directed daily language access operations across the health system, overseeing interpreter scheduling, vendor relationships, contract compliance, billing, credential verification, and quality reporting.

I bring an MBA in Healthcare Management and a practical focus on accessible, compliant, patient-centered service programs, including ADA, CMS, Joint Commission, and state regulatory requirements.
