In my current role as a Sales Executive, I proactively contact prospective clients and build strong customer relationships through effective communication and consultation. I promote regulated online trading and investment platforms, guide clients through account registration, verification, and onboarding, and educate customers on platform features and trading services.

Previously, as a Crypto Sales & Support Executive, I handled outbound and inbound communications to introduce online trading and cryptocurrency investment services. I supported clients through registration, verification (KYC), onboarding, and resolved technical issues related to trading accounts and platform usage, while maintaining strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized support.

I also have experience managing client relationships and orders as well as merchandising, which strengthened my ability to multitask and coordinate daily responsibilities efficiently. I use CRM and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate customer records, manage sales activity, and deliver reliable support in fast-paced environments.
