I’m a results-driven IT Support & IT Operations specialist focused on user lifecycle management, access control, and reliable troubleshooting. In my current role at Billups India Pvt Ltd, I handle user onboarding/offboarding, maintain Google Workspace administration and security policies, and manage incident & service requests based on SLA.
I also bring hands-on incident response experience, including phishing and spam investigation, plus hardware/software troubleshooting through ticketing and CRM-based workflows. Previously at Concentrix (Lenovo), I resolved hardware/software issues, supported customers with troubleshooting, and managed escalations and repairs—work that sharpened my ability to troubleshoot quickly and document clearly.
