What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Officer specializing in Infra and Security, driven by solving real-world access, connectivity, and infrastructure challenges. I combine practical IT operations with security-focused troubleshooting to keep systems stable for daily business needs.
In my current role, I manage user account operations through AD and handle GPO Management. I support core availability work including User Data Backup and Restorations, Server Backup and Restoration, and NAS Management—along with Network and System Monitoring and documentation.
I also strengthen secure connectivity by maintaining Firewall Policies and configuring Site to Site VPN connections, including Mikrotik Router Configurations. On the help-desk side, I handle IT Security Help-Desk and Troubleshooting, covering hardware identification and replacement, software installation/upgrades, IT repair, and VPN troubleshooting.
Previously, I supported users and kept office systems running through Install, maintain, upgrade and configure software and hardware, troubleshooting Telecommunication, LAN, WiFi, networking devices, printers, scanners, and laptops/desktops.
