I am a senior product leader with deep experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products, specializing in CRM, customer experience, and generative AI. At Microsoft I led two products with $1B+ ARR and shipped first-to-market AI Agents that prospected ~1M leads.
I launched 15+ generative AI features that reached 750K+ marketers and sellers, and drove adoption and revenue impact quickly by aligning cross-functional teams and GTM motion. I also took multiple products from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 100, adding $100M+ ARR and 10K+ customers.
Previously at AWS I grew Amazon Redshift weekly actives and revenue run rate substantially through product, GTM, and partnerships; at Microsoft I improved Azure DevOps conversions, reduced costs, and generated new revenue streams. Early in my career at IBM I led engineering work that improved developer efficiency and opened new revenue opportunities.
