I’m a Sales Manager focused on the fitness/health and wellness industry, bringing strong leadership, an upbeat attitude, and a consistent drive to energize both teams and clients.

In my Member Experience Lead role (2023–2025), I managed front desk operations, scheduling, and day-to-day team performance. I hired, trained, and motivated staff to exceed goals while ensuring smooth daily operations and strong member service.

I also delivered results through member retention and performance—working with a problem-solving mindset and maintaining store standards. My approach is hands-on, communication-first, and centered on creating a positive experience from arrival to purchase.

As an associate starting in 2025, I continue to support customer engagement through product selection, purchases, and a welcoming retail experience. I’m energized by sales strategizing, event planning, and multi-department collaboration that keeps teams aligned and clients coming back.
