What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role in Ireland’s regulated insurance sector where I can use my claims experience, make accurate coverage decisions, and support customers through complex cases.

At Marshmallow Insurance, I handled accidental damage claims, assessing liability, validating coverage, coordinating repairs, and settling claims. I also investigated evidence and escalated potential fraud cases.

I applied policy wording and case law to coverage decisions, while keeping claim documentation compliant with FCA regulations. My work included supporting customers through complex and vulnerable cases.

Earlier at Marshmallow Insurance, I was a Claims Customer Service Executive and the first point of contact for vehicle insurance claims. I verified digital claims and used liability assessment tools and case law to help establish liability.
