What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations/complaints role in a regulated insurance bank where I can manage DSARs, investigate cases, communicate confidently, and keep SLAs and data/privacy standards high while improving team processes.

I’m a highly organised, detail-focused insurance professional with strong communication skills and a track record supporting directors and regulated operations. I’ve built my career across underwriting, claims, administration, and customer communication, with an emphasis on getting the right information to the right people on time.

Currently, I work on the DSAR team within Complaints at Zopa Bank, where I handle requests end-to-end and keep processes compliant. I use Salesforce daily, communicate with customers and claims management companies, listen to and redact call recordings, and run regular meetings with the data privacy team while helping train new starters.

Previously at Unisure Group, I supported the International Underwriting team as a Life & Disability assistant, processing claims and liaising with insurers and reinsurers. I also ran compliance checks via Bridger/LexusNexus, managed multiple mailboxes, supported the medical underwriting process, and helped oversee the creation and development of an internal system to bring it up to market standard.

I’ve also delivered hands-on claims and protection administration in roles such as Munich Re, including managing claims assessment and claims accounts mailboxes, keeping Excel spreadsheets clear and up to date, and supporting legal, data protection, and treaty teams. Across my experience, I consistently prioritise SLA delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination across stakeholders.
