At Direct Line Group, I actioned non-fault motor claims from FNOL, gathered accident evidence to support liability decisions, discussed credit hire options, and handled complaints.
At Crawford & Company, I managed subsidence claims through mitigation and repair, liaising with adjusters, brokers, insurers, clients, and customers. I reviewed supplier reports, monitored readings and SI's, and investigated causes including trees and drainage defects.
I've also supported adjusters with reports, fees, client updates, leak detection reports, and roof reports. I'm looking to begin studying for my Cert CII.
