What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior claims role where I can keep delivering high-quality recovery outcomes, meet SLAs/KPIs, and support a team through coaching—while staying customer-focused, GDPR-compliant, and continuously improving processes.

I’m a committed, creative entrepreneur who transitioned into insurance and recovery claims work with the drive to keep learning and progress. I’ve built a track record of handling complex customer and claims activity with confidence, pace, and a strong standard of quality.

In my insurance roles, I advanced from a level 2 recovery claims handler to a level 3 senior recovery claims handler. I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolved high-profile complaints, ran my team in my manager’s absence, audited colleagues’ work with constructive feedback, and delivered coaching sessions to support others’ development.

I’m also experienced in fast-paced credit hire recovery work at Enterprise Rent A Car, handling GTA and protocol claims while meeting monthly KPI’s and SLA’s. I onboard clients for litigation, disburse payments accurately, argue intervention and mitigation with care, and consistently maintain GDPR compliance and strong organisation skills—especially with vulnerable customers.

Beyond claims, I bring customer-first energy from earlier retail and customer service experience, and I built a lockdown online selling business with over 100 five-star reviews. I enjoy identifying problems with data, proposing resolutions, and improving outcomes—whether that’s service quality, team performance, or department profitability.
