I’m an ambitious, detail-focused financial services professional with a strong analytical mind and a proven ability to drive out inefficiencies through process improvement. I bring excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively in regulated environments.
In my current role as a Motor Claims File Reviewer at Hastings Insurance, I complete regulatory review case work to FCA standards. I evaluate total loss motor insurance claims, identify pre-existing damage, select outcomes from approved options, and maintain comprehensive narratives and an audit trail for transparency and accountability.
Previously, I delivered high-quality customer and regulatory outcomes across multiple disciplines, including PPI quality assurance and remediation work at Santander. I executed FCA/Banks handling guideline quality checks, assessed redress calculations (including manual calc), and coached staff to raise competence and performance, while supporting operational improvements.
