What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support role where I can own cases end-to-end, improve workflows and self-service (FAQs/video), and work closely with internal teams to keep service quality high.

I handle customer support across phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp, resolving complex enquiries and keeping customers informed from first contact to resolution.
