What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote roles in AR/RCM, operations, virtual assistance, community management, or food product development.

At Cadence, I manage biweekly billing for three healthcare facilities, processing more than 100 claims per cycle across Medicaid Texas, UHC, Molina, and other HMO payers. I brought DSO at all managed facilities to 55 days or below and sustained collection rates above 90%.

I reduce denials and recover overdue payments by maintaining AR aging reports, documenting discrepancies, and rebilling. I also reconcile payments in PointClickCare and lead Triple Check pre-submission audits with HMO and Medicare teams.

At Nebo BPO, I managed social media for 11 consumer brand accounts, including Tzanetatos food brands, ArmorAll Latino, and STP. I adapted content to Panamanian terminology and recipes and worked with local influencers.

My experience also includes sales development at Circle Logistics Inc. and culinary work across kitchens and bakeries. Through Aylo Bakehouse, my home bakery, I fulfill 10+ orders per sales cycle; I also built a Notion system for inventory, production, purchasing, and financial control, and I'm developing snacks from upcycled fruit and vegetable by-products.
