I’m an operations and logistics professional with 4+ years of experience supporting fast-paced, high-volume environments across operations, logistics, coordination, and customer-facing processes. In my current role at Accenture, I support healthcare operations for the MassHealth account, coordinating logistics-related activities, managing time-sensitive requests, maintaining accurate documentation, working with multiple stakeholders, and following issues through to resolution and closure.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in operational coordination, process management, issue resolution, documentation, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and remote collaboration. I’m comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and ensuring that tasks and requests move forward efficiently.

I’m particularly interested in Operations, Logistics, Project Coordination, Business Operations, Customer Operations, Process Improvement, and Supply Chain roles. I enjoy identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, creating structure around processes, and helping teams operate more efficiently.
