What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a multilingual customer support role where I can resolve customer needs, strengthen support communication and documentation, and contribute through training, mentoring, and process improvement.

I've supported Wise customers in English, French, and Spanish via email and phone, resolving queries across channels.

At Wise, I led Tone of Voice and Writing Style training for the Budapest office, mentored new team members, and created the French Writing Style Guide and template projects to improve agent consistency and accuracy.

I've also shaped customer-facing content and brand messaging as a freelancer, including rebranding projects for ZahoMeca and Il Localetto. At Avatao, I developed in-house style rules that strengthened clarity, coherence, and consistency.
