I am looking for a growth-oriented customer support role where I can learn, deliver high-quality service, and take on increasing responsibility in a collaborative environment.

I am a motivated and confident customer service professional beginning my career as a Customer Service Executive, with hands-on experience managing client communications and supporting sales operations. I bring strong communication skills, patience, and a professional demeanor to every customer interaction.

In my current role as a Business Development Executive I managed inbound and outbound calls using TATA Dialer, maintained leads and follow-ups in LeadSquared, and supported scheduling and sales documentation. I am familiar with CRMs such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce, and I use productivity tools like MS Excel and Google Workspace.

I hold a B.E. in Computer Science Engineering and completed certifications in communication and project management that reinforce my customer-facing and organizational skills. I excel at multi-tasking, ticketing and documentation, and adapting quickly in remote work environments.

I am seeking growth-oriented opportunities where I can contribute to high-quality customer experiences, continue learning, and take on increasing responsibility in support or client-facing roles.
