I'm looking to lead learning, technical enablement, or project programs where I can build scalable capability solutions, strengthen digital adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business and performance outcomes.

At CCI Systems, I manage end-to-end learning programs for international engineering teams, from planning, budgeting, and resourcing through delivery measurement. I've enabled 300+ professionals through technical onboarding and tool-specific programs for IRIS, AutoCAD, and SpatialNET.

Across Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, and Ortel Communications, I've led technical enablement, network deployment, GPON/FTTH design, GIS workflows, and field capability development. I translate business priorities, customer commitments, and audit findings into practical curricula, job aids, and targeted refreshers that improve quality and reduce rework.

I build learning ecosystems that combine ILT, VILT, microlearning, SharePoint portals, workflow automation, and measurable performance insights. I enjoy bringing together IT, HR, engineering, vendors, facilitators, and distributed teams to deliver learning and infrastructure outcomes at scale.
