I’m a Customer Success and Account Management professional with 5+ years owning commercial relationships for international SaaS, cybersecurity, and technology companies across the UK, EU, and North America. I’m known for retaining and expanding high-value accounts, reviving dormant and at-risk clients, and growing revenue through consultative relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and CISOs. Through my work, I’ve contributed $1M+ in revenue across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
